Refund Policy

• Non-Refundable Fees: All fees paid for our courses, events and coaching sessions are non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy

• Emergency Rescheduling: In the event of a genuine emergency that prevents you from attending a scheduled course, you may request to reschedule. Please provide relevant details and documentation via email to info@punitachatwani.com. We will review your request and assist with rescheduling if the emergency is deemed valid. There will be no additional cost for emergency rescheduling.
• General Rescheduling:
  • You may reschedule your course registration a maximum of two times after your initial registration.
  • Rescheduling notice: To reschedule, you must provide written notice via email to info@punitachatwani.com at least:
    • 5 days before the scheduled start of an online course.
    • 20 days before the scheduled start of an in-person, offline course.
  • There is no additional fee for rescheduling within these guidelines.
• Rescheduling limitations: Rescheduling is subject to course availability.

Cancellation Policy

• Due to the non-refundable nature of course fees, cancellations will not result in refunds. However, you may utilize the rescheduling policy as outlined above.

Important Notes

• All rescheduling requests are subject to approval and course availability.
• Failure to provide adequate notice for rescheduling may result in forfeiture of your course registration.
• Punita Chatwani Training Systems reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered alternative course dates or options.
