- Course Enrollment and Payment:
- Enrollment in our courses is subject to availability.
- Payment for courses must be made in full prior to the commencement of the course, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any enrollment at our discretion.
- Refund and Rescheduling Policy:
- Our Refund and Rescheduling Policy, as previously outlined, is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. Please refer to it for detailed information regarding refunds and rescheduling procedures.
- The fees paid are non-refundable.
- They can reschedule the course, in case of emergency, providing the relevant details via email. We will help them reschedule if it’s a genuine case (without any extra cost).
- They can reschedule – a maximum of twice after registering for the course. They need to let us know at least 5 days before the online course and at least 20 days before an offline course.
- There is no additional fee for rescheduling.
- Privacy Policy:
- Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, as previously outlined, governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using our website and services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
- Intellectual Property:

- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our courses.
